Promo codes and free premium

We issue codes for six months of free premium, most often through customer service when someone has waited on an order or run into a problem.

Redeeming a code in the app. Settings, promo codes, enter the code, submit. Premium activates on your account.

On iPhone we often send a link instead. Tap the link, and the App Store shows six months free followed by $59 per year. Tap redeem offer and your subscription starts with the free period applied.

Codes are generated individually and are not reusable. If a code will not work, contact support with the code and your account email.

At the end of a promotional period the subscription continues at the standard rate unless you cancel first, and you can cancel any time through your Apple or Google account.
