Tracking your order

Go to the order tracker, enter your order number and the email you used at checkout, and you get a live status page.

The tracker shows five stages, an estimated delivery range, and a live carrier link once your package is moving. It updates on its own, so there is no need to check in with us for a status.

Where to find your order number. It is in your order confirmation email, in the subject line and at the top of the receipt.

If the tracker cannot find your order, the email you entered is almost certainly different from the one used at checkout. Try any other address you use, including one a partner may have ordered under. If it still comes back empty, use the Contact Us form with your order number.

You also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center.
