What each tracker stage means

Your order tracker shows the current stage: Order Received, Processing and Handling, Tracking Added, In Transit, or Delivered.

Open the live tracker for your order-specific estimate and carrier link. Tracking Added means a label has been created; carrier movement may appear after the parcel is scanned.

If the displayed estimate has passed or your details look wrong, contact support with your order number and checkout email.
