Changing your address or cancelling

Changing your shipping address. If your order has not reached the Tracking Added stage, use the Contact Us form with your order number and the correct address and we will update it before it ships. Once tracking is issued, the address is locked and we cannot change it.

Cancelling before it ships. Use the Contact Us form with your order number and write Cancel in the subject line. We confirm the cancellation and issue your refund within 48 hours. You can cancel at any point before your order ships, no questions asked.

Cancelling after it ships. Once a package is with the carrier we cannot pull it back. Wait for delivery and use the standard return process.

If your order has not shipped within 30 days of purchase and you have not received a shipping notification, you are entitled to a full refund on request.
