Sound, perception, and attention are active areas of research. We want our learning hub to make that research easier to understand, including its limits.

A 2023 systematic review found inconsistent evidence that binaural beats reliably entrain brain activity. Study methods differ, and further standardized research is needed.

Research on a listening technique is not automatically evidence for a particular device. We distinguish published research, early exploration, and personal experiences. Product-specific findings will be shared with their methods and limitations.
