HIGH FREQUENCY HIGHWAY

An early signal.
More to explore.

What we observed in a small, informal EEG pilot with NYU students.

Informal pilot · Not peer-reviewed

A small group. A MUSE headset. A first look.

HFH’s exploratory work with NYU students paired listening sessions with MUSE EEG recordings. In the company’s account, most participants reported a noticeable state shift within the first minute, and the team described the readout as appearing more organized during use.

These are preliminary observations. The materials available here do not establish a sample size, controlled comparison, statistical effect, or clinical outcome. A before-and-after difference alone cannot show what caused it.

HFH-provided pilot visualization. Presented as the company’s summary graphic, not raw EEG data or independently verified evidence of neural coherence. The labels in the graphic should not be read as validated outcomes.

What comes next

Clear protocols, appropriate comparison conditions, and reproducible measurements are needed to test the early observations. The proposed Virginia Tech collaboration focuses first on user experience and task performance.
