The onboarding questions and why they matter

Onboarding asks you a small number of questions and each one changes what you see afterward.

Your name. Used to personalize the app header.

What would you like to achieve. Single select on purpose. The app uses this one answer to pick the frequency it recommends on the education screen right after, and to drive the Frequency For You recommendation on your home screen. Choosing three goals would make the recommendation less precise, so we ask for your top priority.

Do you own the High Frequency Headphones. Answer yes and the headphone icon appears on your home screen for quick access to pairing and device settings. Answer not yet and the app still works, you just will not feel the vibration. Choose I'd like to know more and it takes you to the website.

Notifications. Turn these on if you want a daily affirmation or a nudge to tune in. You can change this later in Settings.

If your priorities change, you can update your goal later without reinstalling.
