The brain icon and dynamic frequencies

A steady pure tone works for some people and feels flat to others.

Tap the brain icon on the Generator and the frequencies start to modulate, moving up and down together rather than holding a fixed value. Your brain is receiving continuous change instead of one constant tone, which many people find more engaging and more effective.

Tap the icon again to stop the modulation and return to a steady tone. Pause stops playback entirely. Reset returns both ears to zero.

Try both. Some people sleep better on a steady delta tone, others need the movement. There is no wrong answer.
