Solfeggio tones and the sync button

The Solfeggio tab groups tones often used in sound and meditation practices, including 528 Hz. These are sound choices to explore, not proven treatments for health conditions.

The middle button syncs both ears. Turn it on to change both channels together. With sync off, you can set the left and right channels independently.

Choose a tone and adjust the volume to a comfortable level. Add a sound from the library if you prefer a layered session.
